Positive: This place was awesome! The owner was so kind and he made a really nice breakfast with good macronutrients! He gave us advice on where to go and gave us advice to catch our bus to Tirana. The locations fire and pretty close to the center. View was lovely. We travelled theth, valbone, Tirana and Ksamil in our trip and personally this was both me and my girlfriend’s favourite stay of the trip.

Negative: There wasn’t much I didn’t like as it all the “flaws” kind of built the atmosphere of the place and made it even more fun

Positive: Don’t judge the look of an older building for what it’s like on the inside. Armani the host/owner as well as the name is friendly and helpful. The room is small but with a comfortable bed and decent hot shower. Breakfast on the balcony is nice, and after a long day walking was restful to sit and relax with a view.

Negative: The property is like a farm with chooks roaming -all good just don’t expect modern or neat.

Summary: Comfortable, clean , friendly don’t expect 5star and all we be what you need

Positive: Artani looked after us like an older brother - after being tired and unorganised after our trek from Theth, Artani made sure we had everything we needed (and more)! Really easy to contact as well, which made the whole process extremely easy. It is truly not possible to speak highly enough of Artani and his hospitality! More than that, the room was superb with excellent bathroom and beds which made our night extremely comfortable. Plus, the breakfast was exactly right and, along with the delicious coffee, fuelled us well! All in all, a perfect stay, if we could give a higher rating than 10, we would :)

Positive: Great stay with Artani, we were doing the POB and his chalet is right on the route for the trail to Çerem. Provided potatoes with breakfast as I am gluten free which was lovely. Lovely host and would recommend to anyone to stay here as you will be well looked after.

Positive: Was a rainy day, stormy… Artani waited for us to arrive until late in the evening, and then prepared us some tea. Honesty I liked that breakfast was right size, not oversized!!!

Negative: Nothing to be disliked
